I’m an idiot

So I bought Bomberman 64 off eBay the other day. It arrived today and, eager to play one of (If not the) best Bomberman games ever, I put it in my N64 to discover this error.
Basically I think that the cartridge is fucked up and won’t save which really makes the single player unplayable (And before anyone says it, this was probably the only Bomberman game to have an ace single player mode). Shit.
UPDATE: I’M AN IDIOT. Cutty suggested I clean the cartridge with a cotton bud and now it works fine.

On a side note, if anyone knows any sites (Other then eBay) that I can buy N64 games (Especially Mystical Ninja 2) from, that would be much appreciated.

    Follow these instructions:
    1. Start out with Chimchar as a starter
    2. Give Chimchar or evolutions a potion to hold (yes, a regular potion)
    3. Follow the process to get Spiritomb except meet 50 people
    4. Instead of a level 25 Spiritomb, you’ll meet a level 100 Shaymin. NoA saw it as an EE, so they left it in.
